Approving a report

  1. Approvers can approve the reports submitted by employees right from the chatbot by simply asking ‘Approve a report’.



  2. Once the user asks to approve a report, chatbot shows the list of submitted reports to the approver.



  3. Once the user selects a report, chatbot shows the summary of the report and asks the user to ‘Approve’ or ‘Reject’ the reports.



  4. The user views the summary of the report and selects ‘Approve’ or ‘Reject’, then chatbot asks for approver comments.



  5. Once the user enters comments, chatbot Appoves/Rejects the report.
