Approving a report
- Approvers can approve the reports submitted by employees
right from the chatbot by simply asking ‘Approve a report’.
- Once the user asks to approve a report, chatbot shows the
list of submitted reports to the approver.
- Once the user selects a report, chatbot shows the summary
of the report and asks the user to ‘Approve’ or ‘Reject’ the
reports.
- The user views the summary of the report and selects
‘Approve’ or ‘Reject’, then chatbot asks for approver comments.
- Once the user enters comments, chatbot Appoves/Rejects the report.
